This program will discuss the potentially devastating effects that an accidental or deliberate contamination of the beef supply can have on the entire food system and on our economic stature overall.
Join in this dialogue with food industry stakeholders from farm to fork, public information officers, and law enforcement, emergency management, public health, and government personnel at local, state, and federal levels.
Work together through a series of highly interactive exercises to resolve a contamination incident to the beef supply, and to evaluate the process of communicating clear and consistent message relative to such an incident vertically and horizontally to all constituents and to the public at large.
